SMS enrollment is optional. You can purchase and receive RockSolid Data Solutions software and services without ever visiting this page, providing a mobile number, or opting into text messages. Phone and email support remain available if you do not enroll. Declining SMS means simply not using this page.

If you choose to enroll, RockSolid Data Solutions may send non-marketing customer-care texts such as replies to questions you ask and updates you request about active projects. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

RockSolid Staff SMS Notifications

RockSolid staff members may separately and optionally opt in inside the authenticated RockSolid Ops application. A staff member enters their own mobile number in Phone Settings and enables an off-by-default “Text me on missed calls” toggle. The setting can be disabled at any time, and staff may also reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
